I attended the HCNC Outreach meeting of 11-03-2018 and concur with the grievance submitted by my wife Lori
Bordnave-Arnold. The meeting was chaired by Deseray Sarcona. Mary Ann Hopkins is her co-chair but it was clear that 
Deseray was chairing and controlling the meeting. Unfortunately Deseray let the meeting get out of control and 
people were constantly speaking over each other. The relevant point regarding Lori's grievance occurred during the agenda 
item for procuring a hot-spot for an IPad/Tablet. After extensive, though ambiguous discussion, Lori turned to me 
to say she was going to vote "No". Other committee members began to berate her to intimidate her to change her vote.
Eventually Deseray heard this discussion and cursed at Lori and then stood above her to berate her as well. This is not
an obvious violation of the HCNC Bylaws as well as directly in conflict with the DONE Code of Conduct. I concur 
with Lori's recommendations for corrective action in regards to Deseray Sarcona.
