ELA - Parking

To reserve parking, please have the following information ready:

• Name
• Email address
• Contact number
• Vehicle information (make, model, color, year and license plate number)
• Date and time of visit
• Reason for visit 

Please submit your parking request at least 3 days before the date of arrival and allow at least 1 business day for our staff to process your request. Once you submit your request, you will receive an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide that we have received your submission. Once we finish processing your request, we will email you your parking authorization. If you are submitting a parking request for a time less than 3 days from today, please submit your request and then call our department at (213) 978-1551 to ensure we can submit your request in time.

  City Hall Parking @ City Hall East

• 200 N. Los Angeles St., Los Angeles (Adjacent to Parker Center)
• Visitor parking is on Level P-2, City Hall East, entering through Temple Street
• Parking Available from 5 A.M. to 6 P.M.

 Van Nuys Parking at Marvin Braude Constituent Center

• Visitor parking in on Level G-2, Marvin Braude Constituent Service Center
