I observed that people were filling out the form, giving them to the young man, getting a ballot and going to the booth to vote.

I asked why wasn't he asking for ID's and documents that they work, live, go to church or school in the area. The young woman next to him said, they don't have to. I spoke in a whisper to her to ask, who said that and she said DONE.  I was puzzled, because the PMHCC Board voted unanimously for it to be "documented".

I took my form with me as I looked for Ted Thomas. But I did not find him and someone had located him as I sat at the table filling out my eligibility form.  When he walked in his statement was, "why are you giving these workers a hard time?" I asked him, why aren't they asking for voters documentation and he, Winter and Khalid all said that they didn't need to.

Now, Winter and Ted were the Election Chairs and if  they changed the Board's Vote, which it seems, that would be illegal.
I had to go to my car to get my cell phone and upon returning I saw Jay Handel walking in the poll. When I went in, I asked him who changed our eligibility decision and he said PMHCC did. I told him no, we voted for documentation. He said I will have it sent to me and I will show you. When he received it and showed it to me, he said "you were right, it is documentation."

This information was already known by Ted, Winter and Khalid. So Jay called Ted over and told him that  he asked the poll worker to clamp the eligibility forms and place a note on top, because I was going to challenge the violation.

I was informed by Jay that the count of those forms is 118.
(1)   Due to the large number of votes in violation and the discrepancy of the voting process, I feel that all candidate positions that had more than one candidate should have another election.

(2). DONE's Poll-Workers should be the only facilitators at the poll, due to the questionable actions of the PMHCC Election Committee violating the eligibility rules and their lack of announcing the election. There were no banners or press release announcing the election.

(3).  Maybe Non-PMHCC Board Members should be permitted to Chair the Do Over Election Committee to have transparency, especially when the PMHCC Chair selected people to run.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
