100   03-18-17 Yes Jennifer Milbauer   20331 Fullbright Place, Chatsworth , California 91311 (323) 547-1458 jennifermilbauer@me.com Inappropriate endorsements of candidate There was a flyer being passed out prior to the selection & on the day of the selection as an invitation to stakeholders, (which was also left at local businesses & schools,) that clearly indicates that it is an invitation from the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council.  You will note that in the "WHO" portion of the invitation flyer, it says "The Chatsworth Neighborhood Council" which represent that the request is coming from the current Chatsworth NC Board. (If that was not the intention, the flyer should have stated "What" instead of "who.")  Further, there is a picture of Stoney Point landscape used on the flyer, which is synonymous with the CNC, as they use the same picture on the front page of their website & in their Facebook Profile / Posts.  Wording & picture tricks the stakeholder into believing that this was an official document, in which the candidates listed on the invitation were endorsed by the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council.  Nowhere on the flyer does it state that it is NOT the CNC who is responsible for publishing the flyer; no other entity is credited with the endorsement of that specific slate. This selection should not be certified. It should be voided and redone, since there is clear tampering on the part of whomever published that flyer to trick stakeholders into believing the candidates listed on the flyer were endorsed by current CNC board.  CNC SLATE FLYER .PNG CNC VIO MTN PIC .PNG CNC WEBPAGE .png   Panel Dismissed   Jennifer Milbauer jennifermilbauer@me.com (818) 280-3781   Jennifer Milbauer jennifermilbauer@me.com (818) 280-3781   Jennifer Milbauer jennifermilbauer@me.com (818) 280-3781     Jennifer Milbauer
102   03-18-17 Yes Cherity Bentley   20411 Lassen Street, Los Angeles, California 91311 (818) 932-4477 cherbentley@yahoo.com Eligibility of Voter I was told by Glenn Bailey that any provisional voters would be called on Sunday, March 19th, and asked to gather and return needed materials for their vote to be counted; however, on Tuesday, March 21st, I was contacted via Facebook by a provisional voter and they were under the impression they could no longer submit their vote. I asked Glenn if he contacted them as he said he would and he said no. I'm concerned he only contacted some, but not all, of the provisional voters.  Furthermore, the deadline for all information was Tuesday, March 21st at midnight. As of Wednesday, March 22nd, Glenn indicated to me that he was still verifying information and awaiting faxes to be forwarded. I have some concerns as to where this fax was that he was being forwarded, seeing he had to wait for someone to forward it (Chatsworth Neighborhood Council affiliated fax?) and why after the 72 hours, he was still allowing items to come in.  Final provisional results did not come out until after 24 hours after the deadline. Please keep in mind, there were only 24 provisional ballots. I wouuld like DONE to go through all documentation of provisionals AND to do a full recount. I do not believe protocol was followed Provisional 1.png no call.png faxes.png   Panel Dismissed                                   Cherity Bentley

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
