A Grievance must be filed within 30 days from the date of the event giving rise to the Grievance.  Any Grievance alleging a violation relating to Neighborhood Council funding must be filed within 90 calendar days of the date the expenditure is made.
Article VIII, Section 2 Agenda Setting
The Executive Committee shall set the agenda for each General Board Meeting. If the Executive Committee does not meet  the President shall set the meeting agenda within 120 hours before the upcoming General Board meeting.

There was no Executive Committee Meeting.The Agenda was prematurely posted with DONE. The agenda was posted at 1:59 am on April 4. The Executive Committee had until 6:15 pm to meet and set and agenda. The Executive Committee was deprived of their opportunity to meet.

This violation while perhaps technical being a matter of hours is non the less been the pattern for the term of this President. She has called for no Executive Committee Meetings. This is the real problem, this example only highlights the problem.

The Executive Committee needs to meet per our bylaws. Our agendas represent only ideas that our President approves of.

Agendas should represent not only the President but also all board members and stakeholders.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
