A Grievance must be filed within 30 days from the date of the event giving rise to the Grievance. Any Grievance alleging a violation relating to Neighborhood Council funding must be filed within 90 calendar days of the date the expenditure is made.

On or about Feb.09,-March 04.2017 I was misquoted about the funding and spending of funds in our CANC district. #1. #2 The Secretary apparently failed to submit Recreation Director RaQual Jamersons NPG'S but instead submitted all of ED. REP.. Adriana Cabrera's possible acion items..Then Adriana afterwards resigns and asks Sescretary Maria to take her place.We need Agenda Meeting.

Please specify the exact rule and explain the facts of the alleged violation.

Section 2 Agenda Setting. By not having a meeting before a general meeting the African American community is being made invisible or slighted.Policy#4,#5.#6. Stakeholder Article 1V.Some people on the Board do not live in CANC boundaries and are being able to wiggle around the rules.Look at the fact when something is done for the community it should benefit the whole community in the boundaries.

7) Placement of the Neighborhood Council board under control and supervision of the Department.

8) Suspension of individual board member or members.

9) Initiation of de-certification process or process to declare board seats vacant.

Please state why you are seeking the above mentioned remedy or remedies.

I am seeking the above mentioned remedies because we live in a diverse community.Apparently one of the Board member has a peculiar disposition of whenever people from Downtown comes to a meeting she states she has a Masters Degree and Administrative Credentials.In my opinion apparently when you brag and apparently try to control everything you become an educated fool.
