Date Base –emails from 280 to 540-added Constant Contact, we also have a mailing list from 2,000 to 4800 current addresses.
Marketing, branding, attending more community events, visiting local schools.
Presentations at local schools, churches, non profits,businesses.   

Visibility was key this year, marketing, branding and connecting with all our stakeholders.
We developed a branding strategy, visibility, attending venues, speaking engagements at our local schools, high, middle and elementary.  Developing partnerships with our local business owners, developing programs for our youth, involvement in the EduCare Programs.
Connecting with LAPD, LAFD, BID, Chamber of Commerce
We invited many guest speakers to our board meetings. METRO, USC Bio Projects, Non Profits, Parents with community concerns-Board meetings were well attended –over 50 at each mtg.
Insure all stakeholders to have access to the City Resources and information available to maintain and improve the quality of life in our community.   
We provided CERT Training-and continue to work with CERT Reps

meetings vary from speaker and topic, a topic that is of importance to our stakeholders we get about 60
Attended and worked with over 12 businesses and non profits. We continue to meet and calloborate with  non profits, businesses, schools, churches, by emailing , distributing flyers, handouts
We have reached out to our local business partners and continue to reach out to all stakeholders
Public Events-attended well over 13 events church events, non profits, business, school meetings, parent meetings.   
More interest in our community and willing stakeholders to volunteer at our events.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quick Base often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quick Base finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quick Base needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
