Increasing Empowerment Congress West Area's importance to its communities by increasing stakeholder participation and promoting sustainable business so our Area is prepared for the increased visibility and economic opportunities related to the 2019 Crenshaw/LAX line. The added benefit will increase ECWA's standing in City Government and to its partners -- including, but not limited to, our City Council and Mayor's Offices, County, State and Federal Officials as well as associated City and County Departments.
1) Reducing Homelessness: by replicating a co-cordinated entry system (CES) event.
2)  Promoting Housing Stabilization: by continuing to educate and empower on residents on housing topics with at least one event.
3) Improve the quality and increase the economic stability of local business: by actively engaging stakeholders to promote the conversation of the current and future development of our communities.
4) Beautifying ECWA streets: by holding at least one Community Clean-Up.
5) Making Contact: by increasing our visibility and improving our Outreach through the use of a new website, and improved social media strategy and additional tools.
1) We are unknown to the Communities we serve. We will reduce our NPG distribution and increase the Outreach Budget to focus on engaging our Stakeholders for better turnout to our meetings, and participation in important Government conversations.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
